I wanted to be sure that everyone was aware of how much you worked getting us the air filter boxes before our customer toured the plant. I will lay out the time line.

In our Friday morning meeting I was told, in no uncertain terms, that the filter boxes needed to be installed by Monday. I spoke with you at 10-ish, and you said the plastic was cut but only two boxes had been built. By Sunday afternoon you had all seven boxes done completely, with hardware, at our door. With yourself and one other fabricator, you improved our machines from using cardboard/duct tape filters that looked ugly and unprofessional, to looking like respectable semiconductor manufacturing tools.

In short, your dedication and pull out the stops work allowed us to present our best side to our customer. I very much appreciate what you did for us.

The new tank arrived today, safe and sound. The packing job for this second tank is exemplary, and I believe it would survive a tornado. I really appreciate how quickly that you made all of this happen.
