Our New, Expanded Machining Capabilities

October 18, 2011 – We recently added to our production tools a Mori Seiki DuraVertical Machining Center to improve our machining capabilities and turn around times. This tool will help us provide solutions to complex machining challenges for our customers and their product needs.

BBF Technologies has recently purchased SolidWorks simulation FEA software to further ensure the quality and performance of our designs before production. This comprehensive analysis tool lets us test models digitally for valuable technical insight early in the design process. With the information we obtain, we can easily determine methods to reduce weight and material costs, improve durability and manufacturability, and compare design alternatives to best meet customer requirements.

Quick Turnaround, Complex Machined Components

December 2010 – We have expanded our in-shop machining by adding a Mori Seiki CNC Lathe. This will help us provide a quick turnaround on machined components and increase our machining product line. The Mori Seiki CNC Lathe will also provide BBF Technologies with the capabilities to provide complex machining solutions. We look forward to working with you on your next project.

BBF Custom is Now BBF Technologies

July 2010 – Since BBF Custom Products’ inception in 1993, our goal has been to manufacture products that meet or exceed our customer’s unique needs for on-time delivery and stringent quality standards. Due to our strong belief in this mission, we have experienced continued growth, even in economically challenging times.

The company’s evolution and strategic growth plans have lead to the need for a new name; a name that conveys the progression of types of products that BBF has successfully manufactured over the last decade.

Effective July 9th, the name will be BBF Technologies, and the internet domain will be www.bbftechnologies.com.

BBF Technologies will continue to offer our current customers the high quality products they have come to expect of BBF Custom Products, and we look forward to introducing new customers to our ever-evolving technologies.
